What locations do you work in?
Our main and service area is New York,Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut. However, if the job is worth the travel, we will provide service for the whole North East.

How much notice do you require?
Generally one to two weeks are plenty. If weather permits, we can usually accommodate within a couple of days.

How soon after the photos are taken can we get our images?
Two to three days for a CD or DVD disk. One week for printed images, depending on size.

What types of aerial photography do you do?
Residential homes, Commercial buildings, Construction sites, landmarks, marine, aviation, legal presentations, erosion of beaches and inlets, air shows and nature.

Can someone come with the pilot during a shoot?
The quick answer due to insurance regulations is no. However, if it is really necessary, then we can rent a third party aircraft for the flight. Who's insurance will cover a passenger. There will be an additional charge for the rental.

Who owns the images that are taken?
Images requested by a client before a flight and paid for by the client, belong to the client. We will not resell any of them without permission, if given. Shoots taken of other areas not specified in advance belong to us.

What type of aircraft do you use?
We use high wing, slow flying very stable Cessna 172's and 182's with great success may we add.

How long can you stay in the air?
Depending on which aircraft, four to five hours without refueling. (One hour reserve)

What type of cameras do you use?
Top of the line Cannon Digital equipment with Image stabilizing lenses for the sharpest images available today.

Aren't images from Google Earth just as good?
Negative! Google Earth is a great tool, but there are several flaws. 1. - Images are outdated (sometimes up to three years old), 2. - Poor resolution, usually too fuzzy or blurry for professional printing. 3. - Taken from straight above. Oblique shooting is much more revealing and interesting in most cases.

Can you label and mark photos before giving them to us?
Yes, since we are part of a web design company, we have graphic artists on hand to do almost anything you want with the photos. Including creating a web site to display them!
